class of 2022 Congratulations to the graduating class of 2022. Kaiboi Technical training Institute hosted her 3 rd graduation on Tuesday 29th this November 2022 at the graduation pavilion grounds. In this year’s most noteworthy event, 2,205 graduands were honored and awarded different Diplomas and Certificates.   The event was graced by the Administrative Secretary State department of Vocational and Training, Kipkemei Yatich, who made a call to the graduands to work towards being job creators and innovators in their distinguished fields.   Kaiboi TTI men volleyball team in action during KATTI games  Kaiboi Technical Training Institute bagged 3 top awards during the just concluded South Rift, Kenya Association of Technical Training Institutions (KATTI) Zonal level games that were held in Kericho Township Vocational Training Institute.   The Institution became champions in netball women after trouncing Olessos TTI.    The economic wellbeing of any nation rests on the country’s ability to create sustainable jobs for all. The business, manufacturing and engineering sectors in any country are the key drivers of numerous jobs created through value addition and innovation. Kenya has the highest unemployment rate , to mitigate this challenge, the TVET training seek to create over 1.3 million jobs by 2022 through business, agricultural and manufacturing sectors. TECHNICAL SKILLS VITAL IN ACHIEVING SELF EMPLOYMENT DREAMS

    Morgan Kennedy Alugwe joined Kaiboi Technical Training in 1997 and pursued Joinery, carpentry and Automotive Engineering. His stay at Kaiboi Tecnhical enabled him to hone skills and knowledge that would later transform his life for the better. The carpentry and Joinery course which he studied    gave birth to the idea to start a    furniture and     joinery shop   at Namgoi, Nandi   now named   Namgoi furnitures. His move was prompted by the unending demands by the locals who needed household furniture, school furniture among other carpentry services. The demands drove Morgan to use his skills acquired at the institute to develop and expand his furniture industry. Namgoi furniture staff  performing their daily operations Mr.Alugwe started off with 3 staff that assisted him accomplish carpentry tasks at his workshop and later expanded the business that saw him hire 10 more staff members.
